The Journey to ROOBARB’S
Merging my love of cooking with a passion for the environment, travel and bringing people together, I started ROOBARB’S as a market stall in January 2021, selling soups made from surplus Cornish produce at Falmouth Market in Cornwall.
Popularity and demand for freshly made dahls and porridges soon increased, leading to requests to provide fresh salads, dips and breakfasts in the form of catering at events.
After a peaceful period in Cornwall through to 2022, I am now based in South London, and cook for people in a personal cheffing capacity, as well as at markets, supper nights and independently hosted events.
I hope to continue to bring people together over good food, travel the world for continued inspiration and make people mmm with their eyes closed.
